Year 4 look at many aspects of history . In term 2 - the children learn about the Vikings and their history , day to day lives and connections to nearby places.
In term 3 the children investigate the historical aspects of 'Crime and Punishment' - which covers a range of historical times whilst looking at and comparing with current practices.
In term 5&6 - summer term - Year 4 go mad for all things Greek. As you can see beneath - the children really enjoy dressing up. There are also close connections with other areas - as the children make Greek vases out of clay.
